Designing Interactive Policy Statement
At Designing Interactive, we have a firm commitment to safeguarding the privacy of our customers.
We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as testimonials, product suggestions, sales inquiries). When you register for a Barracuda Suite account we ask for information such as your name, state, and email address. When using a paid account, you are asked to enter payment information, such as credit card information.
Designing Interactive uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.
Designing Interactive is not responsible for the privacy practices of each business managed by Barracuda Suite. It is up to the Account Holder to protect the privacy of their customers.
Cookies
A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a web site’s computers and stored on your computer’s hard drive.
Cookies are required to use Barracuda Suite. We use cookies to record current session information, and identify referral business. You are required to log-in to your Barracuda Suite site after a certain period of time has elapsed to protect you against others accidentally accessing your account contents.
Client Data Storage
Designing Interactive respects the intellectual property rights of others. Although Designing Interactive owns the data storage, databases and all rights to the Barracuda Suite application, you retain all rights to your data and we will never sell or share your client data with any third-parties, contact your customers directly, or use your data for our own business advantage. We will also not utilize your data in our databases to compete with you, market to your clients, advertise to, or contact them for any other means of profit. We respect the privacy of our subscribers, and the privacy of their data.
Security
The Service has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. By default, all transactions placed on our site and applications are done on a secure server that encrypts all financial information through SSL.
We may record your computer’s IP address with your order to help us identify fraudulent credit card use. We may share this information with the financial institution that issued the credit card with which an order was placed, or with law enforcement authorities if we determine, or are notified, that the use of the credit card was fraudulent.
Disclosure
Designing Interactive may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as when it believes in good faith that the law or legal process requires it or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.

Designing Interactive may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the account holder’s email address or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
