Every section of Barracuda Suite shares the same easy to use layout: the application itself in main focus and inline help along the right.

Tabs across the top make switching sections easy and intelligent search capabilities make finding what you are looking for a breeze.

This month at a glance.

Barracuda Suite provides a couple of quick glance dashboard objects.

This includes important real-time stats about the performance of your business, as well as useful visual charts.

Profit and Sales History.

Your dashboard shows a 6 month history of your sales and profits.

Sales (in blue) and profits (in yellow) show your real sales and profit figures in real time. Barracuda Suite also calculates your projected sales (in red) and projected profits (in green) for the rest of the current month.

Find and Organize Products

Barracuda Suite makes organizing and finding products easy.

Products are organized into categories, and sub-categories. Products can also be assigned to multiple categories making them even easier to locate.

Your catalog has powerful search features, which let you find products by name, description, SKU, etc... You'll never waste time locating a product record again!

Editing Products.

Barracuda Suite replaces the cumbersome management of products with an easy to use intuitive editing screen.

Descriptions: A formal description of your products which can be displayed on an ecommerce store, print catalog, or anything else.

Pricing: Standard retail pricing let's you set the primary price for each product. Dynamic pricing let's you set your prices based on rules you specify.

Inventory Warnings.

Each product has an inventory warning level which warns you when you need to order more of the product.

Inventory is received from a vendor to accurately track inventory cost for each individual piece. Inventory is sold on a FIFO (First In, First Out) basis.

Receive New Inventory.

Inventory can quickly be entered by entering the packing list you received from your vendor.

This is also where you assign the costs associated with the new inventory.

Review and Place Orders.

Customers can place orders with you directly, or through an ecommerce website.

You can quickly find and browse past orders, record new orders, and update their status.

If you use one of our supported credit card providers, you can also process the credit card on the order directly from within Barracuda Suite.

Create your own Promotion.

Barracuda Suite provides a powerful promotion engine for running a variety of different types of promotions.

Common promotions include $X off, X% off, and Free Shipping.

Assign Specific products and categories to the promotion, or let it run across your whole catalog.

Availability dates let you start and end your promotions automatically. They also can be automatically calculated, or calculated only with a coupon code.

Promotions can be confusing, so Barracuda Suite automatically builds english descriptions for each promotion.

Customer Management.

All your customer information and their order history is saved for easy reference.

Barracuda Suite keeps track of your vital customer information, such as email addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses.

If you are equipped with an ecommerce website, you can manage their username and passwords from this screen as well.
